Inland Regional Center (IRC) will host a webinar on the Blue Envelope Program on April 7, 2026, at 10 a.m.

The Blue Envelope Program is a voluntary way to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) during interactions with police and other first responders.

The blue envelope can signal that a person may need extra time, accommodation, or support communicating during a traffic stop or other interactions.

In this webinar, participants will learn how the program works and how it can support safer interactions between the IDD community and public safety officials.

The session is open to service providers, community organizations, first responders, and anyone interested in learning more about the program.

Register today for the IRC Blue Envelope webinar.
