As the Workforce Diversity Specialist, I work to create a more inclusive hiring experience at the Department of Developmental Services (Department). I work closely with internal staff, the Lived Experience Advisory Group, and community partners to improve processes and connect with candidates.
The state hiring process can sometimes feel hard to understand. The Workforce Diversity Specialist is a trusted point of contact for individuals with disabilities to navigate the steps needed to apply for state jobs.
